Northern
Beaches State High School has grown to become the premier school of choice for
parents and students in the rapidly growing Northern Beaches area of
Townsville. Until the high
school opened in 1997, students had been forced to go all the way into town to
continue their secondary schooling, meaning long days travelling on buses.
Northern
Beaches State High School was designed with the future in mind and its
infrastructure reflects the needs of a 21st Century school and its
learners. As a result, students
at Northern Beaches State High School are well equipped for success in the 21st
Century world.
The school
