Camps
The aim of a camp is to enable students to get out of their comfort zones, and to interact with others in situations that develop skills to make people good leaders, both within our school community and in their future endeavours. Camp fosters the development of the following skills:
- Leadership
- Personal development
- Team work
- Co-operation
- Develop confidence & build character
- Establish opportunity for physical and emotional challenge
- Encourage initiative, decision making, interpersonal communication, tolerance & understanding

Excursions
Numerous extra-curricular excursions occur throughout the year for various reason including, and not limited to:
- Leadership Conference
- iXL Excellence excursions
- Junior Secondary Rewards day Term 4
- Townsville Careers Expo
- JCU excursions
Note: To be eligible to attend camps or extra-curricular excursions, all students must have their School fees paid up to date.
